What do you mean, FREE?

What hotels do you go to?
Our member hotels are scattered throughout the Central Florida tourist area. For the current list, click on "Member Hotels" on our home page. If your hotel is not on the list, please call our toll-free number, 866-219-FREE (866-219-3733); new hotels are being added all the time.

Why do I have to pay for the return trip to Orlando airport?
The shuttle is a partnership between Orlando Hospitality Alliance, Inc., and its member hotels.The Alliance provides your free transportation from Orlando International Airport to your hotel when you prebook and prepay for your return trip. Enjoy this free service for just our regular one-way shuttle rates when you pre-book and save!

But, if the arrival trip is really free, why should I have to purchase a return trip to get the free one?
We tried making the arrival trip free, with no purchase required. Very quickly, people who live locally discovered they could take our free shuttle to a hotel near home, and have a friend or relative pick them up. We depend on paid return trips to meet our expenses. Those freeloaders forced us to adopt a slightly different policy. Guests who truly need our service will need return trips to the airport, too.

Can I just wait to book you until I arrive in Orlando?
The Orlando International Airport authority currently requires all our outbound free shuttle transfers to be pre-booked before arrival in Orlando. You can book us on this web site, or by phoning our toll-free number, 866-219-FREE (866-219-3733). Call Center hours are daily 9 AM to 9PM. Return trips, at the full one-way per-person fare, may be booked locally up to 24 hours prior to pickup time.

If I book in advance, but my business associate doesn't, can he ride the free shuttle, too?
At this time, the answer has to be "No." To comply with current airport regulations, all our transfers from Orlando International Airport must be prearranged.

Why are you better than any other shuttle?
No buses. No surly attitudes. We're truly glad to see you, and treat you as a welcome guest. By using only vans and luxury mini-coaches, our vehicles cycle faster. We make fewer stops. We get you to your hotel faster. We pick you up closer to your flight time. Plus, what can be better than FREE?

What if my hotel is not on your list of member hotels?
If your hotel is not on the list, please call our toll-free number, 866-219-FREE (866-219-3733); new hotels are being added all the time.

What do your vehicles look like?
Look for our distinctive sign in the window. Blue, with white letters, it says "OrlandoFREEAirportToHotelShuttle.com." Our vehicles don't all look alike. Make and model may vary. All vehicles and drivers are licensed, insured, inspected and background checked according to airport and Orlando regulations.

How will I find my driver?
Collect your luggage at Level 2, Baggage Claim. Then go to Level 1, Ground Floor. Our main terminal has two sides, A and B. If your luggage was on the A side, go outside on level 1 at A1 or A42 for pick-up. Please refer to your confirmation email or call for pick-up time . If your luggage was on the B side, go outside on level 1. Go to Post B1 or B48. For pick-ups after 10 PM, call Quick Transportation at 1-888-784-2522. Last pickup of the day is at 10 PM.

What hours do your shuttles operate?
Our drivers begin work early enough to deliver our first guests to the airport before the earliest morning flights. Our last pickup of the day is at Post B-16 at 10:00 PM.

How often do your shuttles run?
We like to think outside the box. Like a certain, popular, no frills airline, our service is better because we are unconventional. We forecast demand a day in advance, and adjust our routes and service accordingly. When demand dictates, we schedule more vans on a route and they run more often. When there is no demand on a given route on a given day, we don't send a van. In other words, when it's time for your return to the airport, we will have the appropriate vehicle there. And at the appropriate time for you. Only our airport pickup times are fixed. See "How will I find my driver," above.

How many stops do your shuttles make?
Because we're designed to operate smaller and quicker than conventional shuttles, we make fewer stops -- typically, two to four -- while our competitors sometimes make five or six.

How long will you keep me waiting at the airport?
Our pledge is to have you out of the airport and on your way to your hotel on the next shuttle after you retrieve your luggage. We will have you in your hotel an hour to three hours faster than our competition. You have to call for your pick-up time.

How early must I be picked up to return to the airport?
We schedule pickups approximately 2.5 hours prior to your departing flight. Please be in front of your hotel at least 10 minutes. before pickup time. Please phone our office at least 24 hours in advance to confirm your return pickup.

Why is it important to book early?
Booking as early as possible means one less thing you need to remember. Booking early makes certain that you will not be left behind.
